「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. 「The check-in staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The bathroom was sparkling, the shower very good and there was a heated towel rail. The location is well signposted, has plenty of parking space and is an easy 15 minute walk from the centre of town.」

「Our stay at the Jack Russell was very enjoyable. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely view. However, the lighting was very subdued which is relaxing but it would have been useful to have more efficient reading lamps. The breakfast bar was good but it would have been nice to have a selection of nuts and seeds and full fat natural yoghurt. 」

「Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. 」
