Beautiful place to stay!!

Beautiful place to stay!! The house is honestly gorjjj and the pool was really clean and so deep. We loved the animals roaming around! Would definitely recommend staying here. We hired a car and the road from town up to the house is veryyyy narrow, but not too bad once you get used to it. We also got a taxi to come and get us and drop us off a couple of times when going out so that's also an option :)

Nice place to relax but lacking some facilities

The house is small but adequate. One bathroom with shower upstairs for three bedrooms and very, very steep stairs to the bedrooms. No where for towels in the bathroom or bedrooms and no tray in the shower. The bathroom downstairs was only used during the day.Well equipped kitchen, plenty of everything, however the cutlery was the worst I have ever used - cheap and plastic. The knives, the bluntest I have ever used. This lets the house down, and for the price it isn't acceptable. The pool was lovely but not enough shade. Why do the owners not tile/pave/grass the area between the house and the pool instead of laying a terrible fake grass green carpet?

Das Haus liegt etwas einsam, erreichbar über eine kleine Bergstrasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Stockbetten, dazu zwei Bäder. Es hat mehrere Terrassen einen tiefen Pool, so dass er vermutlich auch im Sommer kühl ist. In der Gegend viele Tiere wie Esel, Pfau, Hunde und Katzen, die immer mal wieder, auch nachts miteinander reden. Wir waren Mitte Mai dort, da hört man ab und zu die Motorräder auf der Landstrasse nach Sóller, die die in Sichtweite ein paar 100 m entfernt liegt. Wie lauten es im Sommer wird, wenn mehr Leute unterwegs sind, kann ich nicht beurteilen, so richtig störend war es eigentlich nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Utensilien teilweise alt sind und aus vielen verschiedenen Quellen vermischt sind. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, insbesondere für eine Familie von circa sechs Personen

Io non cambierei niente perche e perfetto.. Per una famiglia e meraviglioso. E se volete divertitevi e avere una piccola Aventura affittatevi un gippone se avete la possibilita. Ma anche con qualsiasi macchina e tranquillo. Siamo molto lieti di avere conoschiuto una famiglia con un Grande cuore. Grazie..

Schönes Haus, tiefer Pool

Das Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss, der Pool schön und unglaublich tief. Einzige Schwierigkeit ist es die richtige Einfahrt zu finden. Wer auf engen Wegen nicht sicher mit dem Auto ist, sollte diesmal nicht auf die Vollkaskoversicherung verzichten; dickes Auto sollte man auf keinen Fall haben.

Wunderbar, idyllisch

Wunderbar, idyllisch. Super Nette Leute und super nette Tiere (ein Hund "Menut", 2 Katzen und ein voll entspannte Pferd). Meine Kinder sind recht (klein 2 1/2 und 4) und die hatten super Spaß mit den Tieren, nächstes Jahr fahren wir wieder hin. Das beste auch war das man keine weite Entfernung hatte zum buchten (20min zum schönsten von vielen auf dem Insel), zum Flughafen 45 min, zu Paguera 20 min... also total Central und der Hafen Andratx in 10 min erreichbar. Super Aussicht, direkt auf die Berge. Einfach zum empfehlen!!

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft

Hallo, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft. Die Vermieter waren auch erreichbar und sehr nett- mit Händen, ein bisserl Englisch und Google Translator konnten wir uns verständigen. Auch der Begrüßungswein, Wasser und etwas Bier im Kühlschrank war sehr nett. Das Haus, Terrasse, Pool, Handtücher - waren sehr sauber und frisch hergerichtet. Für die bei uns noch kälteren Nächte waren auch genug Zusatzdecken vorhanden. Der Grill auf der Terrasse war neu- ist es auch noch - am Abend war es bei uns noch zu kalt. Es gibt sogar einen Pizza-Steinofen. Was könnte man verbessern: In der Küchenschublade mit den Schöpflöffel etc. könnte man Kochlöffel ergänzen und vielleicht mal etwas aussortieren und das wacklige Essbesteck durch neues ersetzen - es ist aber noch ok. Das WLAN ist leider instabil und oft auch schwach- das war für uns jetzt nicht so schlimm, aber vielleicht ist das für andere Gäste wichtig. Die Anfahrtstraße ist auf den letzten 200-300 Metern aufgrund der unebenen Steinmauern zum Hang hin - und der sehr schmalen Straße für größere Autos und ungeübte Fahrer herausfordernd und nachts wenn man vom Essen kommt anstrengend zu fahren. Google hat uns die falsche Einfahrt angezeigt- am besten am niedrigen Stromkasten mit der Nummer 432 orientieren- da geht’s rein- nicht wundern der Weg zu den Häusern hin ist nicht befestigt- eher Feldweg. Am Wochenende fahren die Motorradfahrer auf der im Tal gegenüberliegenden Straße ins Gebirge ihre Maschinen aus- sie ist dort kurz relativ gerade und da wird dann eben trotz Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung Gas gegeben - da versteht man dann beim idyllischen Frühstück auf der Terrasse sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr- zum Glück war diese Phase bei uns nur kurz am Wochenende am Vormittag. Wenn man die sehr gut isolierenden Fenster zu dieser Seite schließt stört es auch nicht beim Ausschlafen. Trotz dieser Anmerkungen haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt- an sich liegt es toll und wir würden es wieder buchen. Da nicht gleich neue Gäste kamen konnten wir netterweise auch etwas später abfahren und hatten so noch Zeit zum Osterhasen suchen und ein letztes Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse.

We had a great time in the Airbnb. The house and especially the pool are amazing. We spent many relaxing hours at the pool and on the beautiful terrace. The owner was friendly and we had all the privacy we needed. Be aware that the road to the Airbnb is very steep and narrow and not easy to drive on. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Just some of the kitchen utensils and cutlery was quite dirty and we had to clean it before using. Other than that we loved our stay.

Schönes Haus im Hinterland von Andratx

Haus und Pool sind sehr schön und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas zusammengewürfelt, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, man hat aber wenig Kontakt, nur der Hund schaut ab und zu vorbei.

Great Villa in Andratx

We had a wonderful time in this villa. The views were amazing and the location was great. The pool was beautiful and great for an afternoon dip. We would recommend staying here and would love to go back sometime in the near future.

Tolle Lage aber schwierige Zufahrt

Die Finca bietet von der Veranda einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zur Finca abenteuerlich über eine einspurige Bergstraße mit vielen Kehren und gerade bei Regen und Dunkelheit nur für geübte Fahrer möglich. Dies sollte unbedingt in der Ausschreibung erwähnt werden! Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundllich und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht ein wenig Deutsch. Die Finca selbst war in Ordnung, etwas abgewohnt. Im oberen Bad ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, so war die Duschwanne in den Fugen leicht angeschimmelt. Auch im Küchenbereich müsste dringend etwas gegen die Feuchtigkeit unternommen werden. An der Waschbeckenwand in der Küche fand sich Schimmel, die Schubladen und Schränke rochen stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Auch die Schubladen, besonders im Kinderzimmer, gaben beim Öffnen einen starken Geruch ab. Wir hatten eine Woche mit heftigem Regen und Kälte erwischt- zugegebenermaßen sehr ungewöhnlich im Oktober. Dafür reichte die Bettwäsche nicht aus (Laken und einige Wolldecken). Hier muss dringend "nachgerüstet" werden. Gut, dass es gegen Zuzahlung eine Heizung gab. Bei Sonnenschein sind Veranda und Pool und die zentrale Lage zum Einkaufen, Baden und Wandern sicherlich ein guter Grund, dieses Ferienhaus zu buchen.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Schönes Haus mit 2 schönen Bädern. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Wohnzimmer etwas klein. Bei gutem Wetter ist draußen genügend Platz auf Terrasse und am Pool. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück, die Privatsphäre ist trotzdem gewährleistet. Eine Katze bittet um Aufmerksamkeit, ein Hund begrüßt Einen freudig. Ein Pferd steht am Haus der Besitzer. Ein weiteres Haus wird gerade renoviert - schön für befreundete Familien. Tolle Lage zum wandern, nah an der Stadt und nur wenige Autominuten zu kleinen Badebuchten.
