Peace and Quite

Loved being surrounded by the beauty of nature. The mountains, the wildlife and earl first winter snow fall were beautiful!

Perfect, quiet, getaway that’s right around the corner

Amazing view. Extremely clean. Well laid out for all occupants. Appointed nicely. The porch and fire pit are a plus. Nice mud room for the boots. Drive time to the slopes is about 6 minutes if there is traffic crossing 434. Lowe’s market is about 2-4 minutes and on the same route. Stargazing is as good as it gets for being on the master bedroom balcony and still “in town”. Update the listing to show there in fact IS a crockpot (we brought ours). I’d only ask for a rack on the wall for skis. We used the garage floor on our rubber roof rack bag since our van was a tad long for the garage. Well done overall.

Ski trip!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Angel Fire. The cabin was only a short drive to the ski lift drop off and the small grocery store—less than 5 minutes. The view is spectacular! Everyone was able to have their own space, and the cabin came with the necessities! A supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergent, etc. and there were basic spices and kitchen items that one might only need once during a stay. We flew into Albuquerque and drove from there so we were grateful not to have to purchase those little but necessary items. We saw deer every day and we’re excited that someone put out hay in the drive just outside the window our first day there to be sure they came around. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cabin for a ski getaway!

This cabin was perfect for our big family group! Close to the slopes with a beautiful view of the mountains. Deer even came right up to the cabin!

Cozy and Spacious Cabin

This cabin is beautiful and nicely kept. It was spacious enough to keep our party of nine comfortable, yet still cozy. The winter views were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and large enough to allow two or three of us to comfortably make our meals. There were a couple of small issues with cleanliness and general supplies, but nothing that we couldn't handle ourselves. The only real inconvenience we faced, was that the property did not provide firewood or fire starters, which is a definite must-have during a cold, snowy, winter stay. We brought our own firewood but were unable to find any type of firestarters at several locations when we arrived. We were able to start our fires with some creative thinking. Communication with the property management company could be improved. I asked a couple of questions prior to our stay which were answered, however, I sent an email on the day we checked out to voice a few issues and still have yet to receive any type of response. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the home and property were amazing and allowed us to have a great vacation.

Perfect Location

Excellent location close to everything in Angelfire. Home was cozy and well stocked. Mattress in bedroom next to downstairs bath was absolutely horrible and needs to be replaced. Everything else was outstanding!
