The property was very unclean! Mouse droppings found on kitchen counter, most touch services were very dusty/dirty, bedding linens torn. Towels and comforters old and outdated. T.V in the master bedroom did not work. Lastly, the outdoor deck and patio furniture were also very dirty. Overall it was as if the entire property was not cleaned before our arrival. I promptly emailed the owner, to hear back from her 3days later stating and only stating “ I am so very sorry to hear this” one would think a little more would be added considering we had to clean the property ourselves. The use of a pool was false advertisement unless you go to the properties actual website to learn that the pool is a 5minute drive offsite where reservations and a fee is required. This condo is great if you’d want to step into a Time Machine set for 1995. Overall, we were severely disappointed with our experience and lack of customer service. For a much better experience at around the same price I recommend Aspen Springs Cabins there in Angel Fire. We stayed there in April, and wish we stayed there again. Beware of false advertising.
