Charming house with 250m2, at 5 minutes distance by car from the beautiful city of Angra do Heroismo - UNESCO World Heritage Center.

Interior of the house is spacious covering 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom on each floor. Fully-furnished, beautifully appointed.
The house also has a cozy living room and dining room with a smart tv with over 150 cable channels, appliance-stocked kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine.

The outdoor space has a terrace and a patio. Both are great for sunbathing, funny moments and relaxing outdoor meals - including a charcoal grill.

Great for families, people traveling in groups and those who love adventure as well as relaxation time.
Just 4 minutes drive from the beach area of ​​Silveira, 10 minutes from Negrito and 22 minutes from the Biscoitos natural pools.
A 15-minute drive from Algar do Carvão - Regional Natural Monument and the interior of the island.
5 minutes or less to the main highway linking Angra do Heroísmo and Praia do Vitoria. On the way, leave the main road and visit Serra da Ribeirinha and Serra do Cume lookout. From this spot, you can enjoy the view over the bay of Victory Beach and the flat interior of the island divided by walls of volcanic stone known as the "patchwork".

Lovely, comfortable house, tastefully decorated

The house met all expectations for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of space. The only downside was its distance from the city center. It was too far to walk into town. Still, it was a great base for exploring the island in our rental car.

We would highly recommend this beautiful home! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and appreciated all that the hosts did to make sure we were happy! Wish we could have stayed longer - we would have spent more time in the lovely back yard.

Lovely stay

This was a great stay and would definitely go back! The photos were accurate, the only thing missing were the cows that were in the listing photos, but there were plenty of other cows to see on our trip. :) I assumed the master bedroom was on the ground floor, but it was upstairs with a fantastic, large balcony from where we were able to view the fireworks in Angra.The bathtub upstairs is a little tricky to get in/out of for those of us with short legs, and did require an assist from my husband. Literally the only issue we had.The large kitchen was super well-equipped and we had everything we needed, plus some! Communication was great. House was great. We're already talking about when we can stay again.

We had a great time staying at this house! Great layout for a family: large back patio, multiple bedrooms with lofts, laundry, etc. Really convenient for visiting various spots on Terceira!

Lovely stay 5 minutes from Angra

The hosts are very communicative. The house was clean and organized. There were many little additions that were very welcoming like milk, butter, coffee and laundry soap. When something went wrong, they were very quick to repair.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. Everything was as noted. The house was spacious and well decorated. A casa é magnífica para uma férias e tem tudo o que é necessário para quem quiser cozinhar em casa. Diariamente fazíamos churrasco e desfrutávamos do espaço exterior que está muito confortável. Very clean and spacious inside and out

This was our 4th rental and 1st in the Azores. It is also the largest rental we have stayed in and we were there for 15 days. The pictures on the site accurately depict what you get. Everything looked recently new. Very nice detailed decorations throughout the house. Although there were only three of us, there is enough space to easily accommodate 6. If you have eight in your party then two must sleep in lofts accessible inside each of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a wonderful view. One feature we liked the most is the storm shutters and windows that allowed for a nice cross breeze throughout the house. Felt like paradise after coming from the hot humid southeast US. No bugs either except for a few house flies. We always had two windows or more open when we were there. We spent our mornings on the spacious outside patio. Kids will like the hammock too. The WiFi worked throughout most of the house. It was a little slow in the master bedroom at times. The two bathrooms looked fairly new and were very clean with spare towels. The kitchen appliances all looked fairly new and the owners supplied some basic necessities when you arrive including fresh Portuguese bread, chocolates, coffee and basic condiments. The area is safe and we felt comfortable around the neighbors if you see them. With the windows open on the bedrooms near the road, you’ll hear Roosters crow at night and from the master bedroom you might hear the neighbors dogs bark. If you leave food in the kitchen the ants will find it. Despite these minor issues, don’t let it affect your decision to rent it. For those who are allergic to cats, the owners and neighbor share a cat that is very friendly and will be in and out the house while you are there. Parking is behind a secured gate. We used it for the first few nights and found it easier to park off the edge of the road. The owners also leave plenty of brochures of things to do and a book showing how to operate the appliances. Those of you from the US will probably need this to operate the washing machine and dishwasher.
