The parking process verges on the ridiculous. In addition, most of the spots are reserved for compact cars, and/or require you to move your car between 3 and 6 AM. I always had to hunt for the few remaining spots - many of which were blocked off with cones.
The apt is fine, but the lighting is too dim and the light in my bedroom burned out the second I got there. We were unable to find the exact replacement at the store.
I emailed Mitten Housing about these concerns and never got a response.
The main contact I got from Mitten was about the rules, how to check in, how to check out, when to check out, how to do dishes, how to dispose of garbage and the extra fees I would be charged if I did not comply
The feedback link also noted that many sites do not show reviews with less than 4.5 stars...essentially suggesting that anything other than a 5 star review would be ignored
My overall impression is that this is not an owner, but a corporate entity focused on making as much money as possible. I would personally prefer that VRBO note the difference as the hospitality one receives from a real owner is significantly more inviting.
