The location of this property is great! I didn’t realize it’s a four-unit complex so the pool is on the back of the property and directly facing another property. The washer and dryer are also communal and in another part of the building (downstairs and you enter another doorway, not inside our unit). This was significant to me as I throw a load of towels in the wash, go to the beach then switch them to the dryer. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my clothes for an extended period of time. The most notable thing that absolutely should be listed-there is no exterior electrical outlet. We had to get creative to charge the electric golf cart we’d rented….i’ve never stayed in a location that didn’t have an exterior plug. Overall the unit was a 5/5 for us due to location, cleanliness and the bedroom set up (a king and a room with two twins).

Beauty In the storms

Although the wind whipped and it rain most of the time Monday evening -Thursday morning, we loved this duplex. The picturesque window views facing bay and accommodating large space made looking out onto the water made the trip worthwhile and one didn’t feel claustrophobic Wish for more that 1 bathroom. We did enjoy a brief dip in the heated pool so refreshing. Will come back AMI when the sun is shining.

We had an amazing time, we saw dolphins out our condo windows ever day! Cool beans coffee by the Pier every morning and Two Scoop ice cream every night! Close bike and golf cart rentals, we biked to all the beaches. Wished we didn't have to leave!

Location and views of AMI Pier and Bay are fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. When at the beach there’s just no better view. We watched dolphins play in the bay - waves and wind over the beautiful blue water… The unit was more spacious than we thought! Bed was super soft. Everything seemed mostly clean and nice. Laundry is shared downstairs between 4 units. Pool is nice for jumping in and quick dip. It’s close to everything including Waterfront restaurant, Cool Beans Coffee and Two Scoops Ice cream. We rented cruiser bikes just up the street at Beach Bums for only $14/day. If you get tired of the bay, walk half a mile to the ocean on the other side of North End! There was an ice chest and some beach chairs in laundry area for use. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was very lacking on some cookware and things like oven mitt, extra kitchen hand towels, etc. property mgmt company only offers two of basics- make sure you know what you need as you will likely have to buy it! Dollar tree nearby has cleaning supplies etc for $1.25 👍👍 we left an oven mitt for next guest and an extra kitchen towel.

Gorgeous views

Beautiful view of the bay from the window. The condo was clean and spacious. About 0.7 mile walk to the beach, but we were also able to find some parking closer. Be careful cooking in the oven because there are no oven mitts! We also only received one roll of toilet paper, but the listing advertised that we would receive two.

Wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights in August 2023, having been to AMI three times before. With our two kids 18 and 20 the condo looked ideal and it certainly lived up to expectations. The location is beautiful, just off the City Pier and with ‘2 Scoops’ two minutes walk away. The condo is beautifully presented, with modern appliances and the living area is huge - I could happily sit and watch the view all day and there’s an ample living area including a tv space. The outdoor pool area is really nice and you can walk over the road onto the beach. We were fortunate that the owner happened to be on-site and he couldn’t have been more helpful and was really friendly. We had such a relaxing stay and would highly recommend the condo, we’d love to stay there again.

Beautiful Get Away

The home was beautiful & we were on the 2nd floor which was great for looking out at the bay! The king size bed was comfortable. Only problem was the code for the lock didn’t work & the third code finally opened it.. 😊

Great Place / Location

Had a great time on the island. Location was excellent. View amazing. Right across the street from the bay and city pier. Plenty to do within walking/biking distance. Didn’t use the pool. Got in just after midnight and electronic code on door did not work. Called office and they answered and had us in the door in minutes. Thank you for a great stay!!

perfect location, amazing views

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. Perfect little beach across the road, amazing bay and ocean access just up the street, great little strip of shops and restaurants a block away, and the main drag of more shops just around the corner from that. The unit itself was spacious and beautiful and well-appointed with gorgeous giant views of the bay. We can't wait to go back.

Watch the ships from this comfortable/spacious condo

This condo is a great option for a couple looking for easy foot or bicycle access to Anna Maria’s restaurants and shops. Although the condo has a large/open living space and can sleep 4 or more, having 1 small bathroom could be a challenge for more than 2 vacationers. We had a great view if the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and enjoyed watching the cruise and cargo ships go in and out of port; however, filthy windows facing the bay obscured our view (dirty windows was why I gave the property 4 stars for cleanliness , it was otherwise immaculate). We will return to this property after insuring the windows have been washed.

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo. Clean, updated, comfortable beds. Would be even better if owner would supply beach chairs and an umbrella. Also pool needs to be cleaned more. The pool is not heated.
