Family Vacation

House was clean, updated, well equipped kitchen, and lots of pool/beach equipment in garage to use. Beautiful pool area! 5 adults, and 3 teens with plenty of space. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location and home

We had a two family stay at this home and it was very well stocked with kitchen items and beach accessories. Pool was wonderful and great location on the island!

Amazing!!!

Me and my husband and 4 children had an amazing stay at this location. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect location near the beach!!! We will love to come back!!! We didn’t want to leave. The house has everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful House

We had a great weekend stay here. House is very clean and large. Great location just a couple minutes from the beach. Very easy and fast walk to the ocean. Great pool out back and table/couch/chairs/TV in the back patio area. This is a well equipped and very beautiful home.

The best place to stay!

This house is perfect for any group! Very clean, comfortable and accommodating! Can’t say enough about how much loved the place! Easy to come and go, location is great! Walking to bean point and the pier was just a few blocks. House has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Great stay

Great location, beautiful property, warm clean pool. My only suggestion would be to add more detail to the listing. We rented a crib and beach wagon, but there were two beach wagons and a pack and play.

Great house

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for our family of five. Was exactly as described on the site (this doesnt always occur). Quick walk to the beach at bean point or to the pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location, safe neighborhood, close to beach and shops.

This home is magical. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, quality furnishings, comfortable beds, warm pool, quality deck furnishings, brand new feel. The garage is nice to open and have fresh air as you play ping pong. Plenty of beach chairs, bikes, wagon, coolers, sand toys, beach towels, pool toys and goggles, you don’t have to bring anything! The elevator was very handy to haul suitcases up. The beach is within a block or two. Shopping and food is within a walk or bike ride- Pine Street has a lot to offer. Friendly, quiet area. Very safe feeling of neighborhood. Easy to arrive with a key in a lockbox and same with departure. Would stay here again! I wish this was my house forever :)

A true gem!

This was the absolute perfect home base for our family trip to AMI. The home is beautiful, spacious, and located in very close walking distance to a public beach access. The elevator was a nice touch making luggage and groceries simple. It is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and the garage has all of the beach and pool essentials that you can need. We loved the pool area and the covered area with tv, fan, table, fireplace, and outdoor cooking essentials. For our return to AMI next year we will absolutely be looking to secure this house again. You won’t be disappointed choosing Once Upon A Time!
