Avoid the Security Deposit

Never had to post a security deposit ($75) before to rent a room.

Rodeway noway

The surprise $75 deposit was bs.they would not accept cash or accept 2 cards.Totally refused to work with us in any way. The $71 to reserve the room was taken from my card instantly, but then wouldnt let us have a room without security deposit.and refused to refund my $71. I would strongly pitching a tent before staying there!!! Sincerely Ray Goff

You get what you pay for! ...yikes!

The property needs serious renovations. There is visible mold and the signal was so bad that I could not watch the news? Antoine was very nice though.

Mattresses were old and did not have bed bug Incasements on them. Wallpaper was peeling in the room and in the bathroom , no mini fridges. The TV Did not work, The piece of furniture that the TV was on was falling apart, It was terrible, we left could not even stand to spend the night. I do have to say the girl at the front desk was very kind. I really can't even believe that Expedia would list this property at all. My husband and I are not at all hotel snobs, This place is terrible!!!

This Place Has Really Gone Downhill

This hotel used to be adequate five years ago, but it has gone downhill since then. The room itself needs work. There were broken parts of the floor, there was a bullet hole in the window, and the outlets were so worn that I couldn't charge up my Mac Air unless I stacked books under the charger to hold it in place. Overall, the room was dingy, and the ice buckets leaked, even with the liner. I found a powestrip in back of the bed on my third day so I could charge my phone next to the bed, but that should have been visible when we came in. There was no microwave, no fridge, and the tv was pretty small. As to the service, the maid seemed more interested in skipping the cleaning. She forgot to supply toilet paper twice. The front desk seems to be rarely there, leaving a note to go check with the hotel next door. The internet failed, and there was no one to report it to. It was out all day and not fixed until a couple hours after I finally found someone. The bottom line is that this hotel is merely marking time, letting the place deteriorate. And from the lack of cars in the parking lot, I'd say that people are voting with their feet.

RODEWAY ANNAPOLIS - Satisfactory for the money

Coffee available in the lobby early in morning. Service was good. Room was pretty beat up, but I got a great night's sleep. Easy to get to vehicle. Quiet location. Would consider staying there again.

Property is older but in generally good condition. Cleaning staff is meticulous, but couldn't deal with minor mould issues in the bathroom caulking and the vent grill. A/C was noisy with vibrations. Virtually no sound transmission between rooms which is excellent. "Continental Breakfast" leaves much to be desired. Supersweet pre-packaged pastries. Yuk!!

Great location for an overnight stay for weary travelers. Very clean and comfortable. I've stayed here several times and will again. Amenities are very basic...no cigar bar or racquetball courts! Just a nice place to get a good night's sleep

The room was clean. The pillows were small. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Did have an ice machine. The front desk worker was helpful and friendly. The motel was convenient to where we were spending our days so we felt it was a good choice.

This place is AWFUL!!! I will NEVER stay here again!! First they did not have the correct info for our room, second the place is GROSS! there was spiderwebs in the corners with giant spiders! Burnt out light bulbs, water damage EVERYWHERE stains on the shower curtain and hair in the shower!!!! On top of that there is no refrigerator or microwave you are also limited on ice!!!! Really??? You pay $100 per night for a stinky gross roam that has no amenities!!! The only thing I even enjoyed was the breakfast which is still very minimal! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I wanted my money back before the first night! Expedia shouldn’t even advertise them!
