"Great location, clean and good view of the lake. Staff were helpful and attentive. If you don't want to pay 20 euros for underground parking there is a car park 2 mins away which is free 6pm-9am. "

"Great studio apartment perfect for one or two people. Kitchen tho small had everything needed for cooking simple meals. Clean bathroom including both a bath and shower so rare in hotels now that was an unexpected bonus. Location was perfect close to the station, old town and Lake "

"Staff friendly although we arrived early and whilst our room wasn't ready we were able to park in the secure parking. It would have been helpful if we were checked in at the earlier time and then all we would have needed to collect was our key. The room had been refurbished however unfortunately we were able to hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms "

"Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!"
