"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Personne ne répond au téléphone ni aux messages (email ou système internet propriétaire). Impossible d'obtenir la moindre réponse. En revanche, on est inondé d'emails automatiques. En raison des conditions meteo j'ai dû annuler ma venue, ce qui m'a permis de constater que la garantie vendue est une escroquerie de plus (impossible de la renseigner si on n'est pas sur un cas prévu à l'avance. Entre l'hotel fantôme et l'escroquerie de la garantie d'annulation, je ne passerai plus par votre site...
