"Here for a family reunion , our stay was very nice and special no problems at all. Everything was in excellent condition and very homey, clean. On my next visit I’ll make sure this place is available, Didn’t have time for the fire pit hopefully next time we’ll put it too the test. "

"The home had old home charm (1920 build). Lovely floors, use of space. The stove burners weren't even and could cause problems trying to make a bigger meal. You did hear alot of noise with the air conditioning. The bedroom lighting was dim. Make sure you check to be sure t he fridge is set high (4 -not 1) Place was clean , convienent parking and well worth the price."

When we arrived the house was very clean and the host provided us with more than we expected! Barbara was very accommodating to our crazy schedule, which we appreciated SO much! "I read some got reviews prior to my stay and got a little worried, but after my visit I saw those were not accurate. The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. I love the convenience of the kitchen, it really helped with younger kids. Thank you royal inn for your hospitality. "
