「Buona soluzione economica e curata nell’entroterra, lontano dal caos della città. Staff gentile e disponibile. Piscina e contesto carino. Un giorno con acqua fredda per problema all’impianto, risolto in serata.
La valutazione è però molto più bassa perché la camera assegnata (room 18mq in un angolo) non era quella prenotata (deluxe suite 30mq vista piscina). Dopo averlo fatto notare la risposta è stata vaga e inefficace, e non è stata trovata una soluzione. Anche Expedia è intervenuta, senza...

「Staff are so nice and helpful.
As i lost the key for my suitcase and need help to break the lock. staff bring the tools for cut it for me. appreciate! And we left something in the saftey box and we left the island already. We called the hotel for help doing the courier services to our next hotel.
Problem solved and really help us a lot during the trip.
The hotel provide free shuttle to and from the port or airport.
not too far from the town in 10mins drive and they provide free shuttle...
