They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.”

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……

“Tillbringade nio underbara dagar här. Hotellet, trädgårdarna och stranden är vackra. Vi hade ett lugnt rum med balkong och utsikt över poolen. All personal är vänlig och effektiv och de flesta talar engelska. Maten är mycket bra i huvudrestaurangen och vid strand taverna vid lunchtid. Kvällen a la carte i taverna är utmärkt liksom den italienska restaurangen. Kvällsunderhållningen var rolig och de gör ett bra jobb. Det finns en mängd olika aktiviteter under dagen vid den stora poolen om det är……

“We booked a loft suite for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left what more can you say other than.. Brilliant. The hotel is really well laid out and whilst it’s big it never gives the feeling of an all inclusive full of guests. If you want privacy, relaxation and away from the normal crowds then this is a great choice. The food is brilliant and honestly the choice and quality is fantastic. The desserts are something else. The genuine care and friendliness of the team who work here……

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package. We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds……

“Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.”
