HOME SWEET HOME

Villa located in an ancient village of the 800 to 1360 meters. in the countryside just 2 km from the center of Antey Saint Andrè and 25 minutes from Cervinia.
Set on 3 levels the villa consists of 1 kitchen on the ground floor with a table for 6 people, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, 5 gas hob, sink stone basin, spices, crockery and complete kit; 1 entrance, 1 bathroom with toilet, sink in stone and washing machine, living room with 8-seater sofas with 2 sofa beds, fireplace, TV with home teathre, DVD player, stereo system.

On the first floor: 2 single bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with large shower.
On the second floor: 1 double bedroom with attic bathroom.
Mezzanine with double sofa bed above the living area.
The villa has a beautiful garden facing south overlooking the valley of Torgnon, furnished with table, umbrella, chairs, armchairs and sun beds; suitable for outdoor dining.

The resort offers many sports entertainments: soccer fields, tennis courts, beach volleyball, climbing, heated summer swimming pool, riding stables, creeks, walks in the Valtournance area, ski facilities in Cervinia also open in summer.

La casa è in un carinissimo paesino vicino al Cervino-Credo sia ideale come base per andare a sciare, ma noi, in 4 coppie a fare un weekend rilassante, non abbiamo avuto spazio, non c'erano le camere menzionate nell'annuncio( chiuse a chiave, dicono siano riservate solo se si è in 12 persone) ma una sola matrimoniale e poi letti singoli sparsi, aperti, anche attaccati al caminetto. Tra l'altro, per la prima volta in tanti anni che affittiamo in Valle, se vuoi il caminetto devi andare in macchina a valle a comprare la legna, e dopo averla presa abbiamo scoperto che non era funzionante il tiraggio, senza avere dettagli dalla proprietaria, nonostante il nostro messaggio di aiuto . La pulizia è appena sufficiente. due del gruppo hanno avuto reazioni allergiche alla polvere.Consigliamo più cura dei dettagli e un pò più generosità vista la cifra pagata.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Berge ca. 4,5 Kilometer oberhalb der Hauptstrasse in einem kleinen und ruhigen Weiler. Leider wird aber die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer nicht korrekt beschrieben. Es gibt nur 2 statt 4 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer, ein Einzelbett im Durchgang zum Dachgeschosszimmer und zwei Beistellbetten unterschiedlicher Höhe (kein Futonbett) auf der offenen Mansarde des Wohnzimmers. Ein in der Anzeige beschriebener Whirlpool fehlte komplett. Das Wohnzimmer war kaum nutzbar, da es nicht ausreichend beheizbar war. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlten jedoch Weingläser, die auf Bildern der Anzeige zu sehen waren. EIN einzelnes Sektglas gehörte auch zur Ausstattung. Gartenmöbel stehen nur im Sommer zur Verfügung. Holz für den Kamin wird nicht bereit gestellt und ist im Tal nicht zu besorgen. Da wäre ein Tipp sinnvoll. Das Fernsehprogramm ist nicht deutschsprachig.

Excellent séjour dans ce lieu superbe. La superbe Frazione de Herin offre un séjour authentique, hors des sentiers battus. Un jolie route en lacets y mène, dépaysement garanti. Très belles ballades sauvages et attractions à proximité, dont Chamoix. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée ; très bon chauffage en hiver ! La jardin est très agréable avec une vue splendide ! Il faudrait prévoir des sièges ou canapés de jardin ! Ou les rendre disponibles. Merci beaucoup, nous sommes très heureux de ce séjour.

Great place, wonderful renovated village

The place was great. Lots of room, nicely redone. However, the details of the place are mis advertised. It said there was WiFi, there was none. It said there was a pool, there was none. It said there are 4 rooms, there are only 3. The other sleeping area is in a hall way or on a mezzanine above the living room, so no privacy. It is a perfect place for 6 people but if you have 8 then 2 will be in common areas. The kitchen was well equipped with enough pots and pans and other things to feed an army. One last thing: the master bedroom exhibited a strange phenomena: every day there were 100 - 300 dead flies next to the window and door to the balcony. Not sure where they came from. Weird. But overall I would definitely rate it as excellent.

Soggiorno spettacolare in un borgo immerso nella montagna

Casa bellissima, arredata nei minimi dettagli, confortevole, calda, perfetta. Cucina fornita di tutto per cucinare, stufa in maiolica accesa per dare quel caldo tipico da casa di montagna. Ideale per sciare a valtournanche o Cervinia. Torneremo presto.
