In a calm neighborhood close to shops, all commodities and the beach, this accommodation is perfect for a pleasant stay in the beautiful south of France.

This 63 sq. m flat is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is composed of :
- a nice balcony,
- a comfortable living room,
- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm),
- a bathroom with a shower and toilets,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- separate toilets,
- TV, Wi-Fi and AC,
- a parking space suitable for small cars.

## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beautiful beach in 10 walking distance from the residence as well as the Mediterranean sun: you will be in the ideal location to enjoy the sea air while staying next to the city centre! Close to all amenities, you can visit the famous places of the city: the Old Antibes, the museums (including the Archaeology Museum and the Picasso Museum), the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches and other attractions... Finally, it will only take you 10 min by car to reach the Marineland water park and about 30 min by car to reach Nice or Cannes.

Nice-Côte d'Azur airport → 25 min by car or 50 min by public transport
