“The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.”

“Quand je suis arrive à l’appartement il donnait l’impression que personne n’avait venue faire le ménage. Il y avait des serviettes sales dans la douche, et ne pas des serviettes propres, il y avait l’eau par terre à la cuisine, il manquait des sacs pour les poubelles, il n’y avait pas savon et shampooing. J’ai contacté le propriétaire mais il n’a pas répondu, c’était le pire. Je pense qu’il a eu une erreur, parce que j’ai loué cet appartement avant et tout était en ordre.”
