Exceeded expectations

I’ve been catfished once in Nice so I was very skeptical bc listing was new. However I was pleasantly surprised on every level. New Constuction with old world bones with an emphasis on design and comfort. Everything is new and modern, beds super comfy, quiet to outside noise and owner /Host has sense of pride. Steam, W/D, cloth steamer and the location is best in the old town right by the market . Few flights of steps for those who may be older. Deborah was a very willing and accommodating host. I’ll be back
