  • Welcome to this magnificent 26 m² studio, ideally located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, in a luxury residence with private swimming pool and secure parking in the basement (access by remote-controlled gate).

    This bright accommodation can comfortably accommodate 2 people thanks to a double bed and a sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a bathtub with toilet. You will enjoy a Full HD flat screen TV and an unobstructed view of the garden and the swimming pool.

    The area is quiet and pleasant, with all the necessary shops in the immediate vicinity: supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdressers. The sea is only a 3-minute walk away, and transport is very convenient: bus stop to the airport in front of the residence and train station a few minutes away.
