“the room was very clean, everything worked as planned, but the T.V was very hard to work we had to have maintainance come and show us how to work it. the breakfast bar was lacking all it hard was box cereal and bagles. nothing I could eat. very bad judgement.”

The bathroom had dirt in corners of the tiles by the tub, the breakfast area was not cleaned after use- we sat down there to play cards in the evening and there were crumbs on the counter. Some of the chairs in the breakfast area had loose backs on them. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The air conditioner worked well. It was convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Many restaurants nearby! The mall was walking distance. We appreciated that……

“The arrangement of the room was terrible. They tried to jam too much into a "shotgun" apartment room. Only space for one suitcase. If at the desk, the couch was blocked. The TV only faced the couch, not the bed, and it was uncomfortable. It's more comfortable to watch TV from bed. No matter, there was only junk on TV. There was no freeezer compartment in the refrigerator, so a travelor cannot refreeze a freezer block overnight for the next days travel. The breakfast was OK, with eggs, yogurt,……

“I drove up to this hotel at night. The parking lot is dark and trash about and there seems to be a lot of not well cared for cars there. I wondered if I was in the right place, but I was. Maybe they were having a bad day, there was a festival that weekend. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I forget his name but he was a young guy and was better than he needed to be (give him a raise!). I was very tired, so I quickly went to my room and tried to fall asleep. There was a lot of……

“The hotel was clean and fresh. Very updated. Comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The only downside was noise from the traffic. We were on the top floor and could still hear a lot of noise from the busy street bear the hotel. I would definitely stay there again but would ask for a room at the back of the building.”
