"The toilet ran constantly. The doors to cabinets were falling off, electrical outlets were literally fally out of the wall . Exposed wires. Sheets had stains. Check in staff was nice but the property was terrible. "

"Upon arrival the house had an overbearing smell of marijuana. We reached out to the property manager and they had the cleaning crew over within minutes, which was great. Unfortunetly their efforts did not get the stench out, I am not sure what could have been done honestly as the smell was in the bedding, carpet, and fabric chairs. This left us feeling really uncomfortable and it greatly affected our overall experience in a negative way. "

"A true lesson in you get what you pay for... there is a difference between inexpensive and cheap. I thought that I had managed my expectations. The space looks like the listing, the neighborhood is definitely up and coming (this space coming in late...) and the reviews were good. However, if you zoom in a bit: The space around the exterior is in complete shambles, which you will learn is under renovation after you arrive in a letter that states "enter at your own risk". The space is damp and musty. Clean-ish with several things being well within the control of the owner to address - Both the kitchen sink and shower drip. The overhead light doesn't work and there is a lamp with a broken shade. The coffee pot was dirty and the stove has a broken burner. The bath towels weren't clean. The bed is one of the cheapest things I have ever seen and the mattress and pillows are flat, sad, and uncomfortable. We reached out to the property manager who was always responsive, but apparently didn't get our message for 24 hours. We moved out. I sent my feedback to the owner who said I was "just being difficult" and the reasons for the appearance of the space that he provided included - it's old, it's cheap, no one else seems to mind, and the location makes it worth it. The owner passed my feedback on to the property manager who laughed and told me she checked the cottage "That's what you get for 120". She told me she didn't have time for this and "Good Luck". "
