“Not enough Handicap parking spaces, when we arrived at 5:30pm we had booked a Handicap Mobility Accessible Room but were given a standard room, called front desk and were told to wait until they could find hotel employee that was in our room to have them leave, waited 1 1/2 hours for this and when we got to the room it was 2 Queen beds instead of a King and then discovered the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Not a great experience.”
