「Great room, well kept (screen door on patio needed work) great checkin process, staff member I met was awesome. Only issue we had was we stayed the first night it got hot...and the AC wasn't working, or the staff member and myself did not understand the 2 seperate room thermostats. So when we wanted to sleep we ended up spending an hour trying to get AC, no luck. They didn't offer another room, but gave us a fan and $20 off the night.」

「We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.」

「Our experience was not what we would expect for a place to stay costing over a hundred dollars. The floor around the toilet in our bathroom room smelled like pee, the heater/fan ran as noisy as a jet engine and never turned off after flushing the toilet, the floor vibrated very noisily for a long time, there was no bathroom on main floor and the breakfast was no more than a waffle and cold cereal. 「Nice Stay」

「It is glamping in a Teepee, so keep that in mind. It did get down to 45 when I woke, but they have excellent electric blankets. The units do have some age to them and have some of the zippers coming away from the fabric causing extra gaps. No bugs during my stay in June, so no issues with that. I am an outdoor person and loved every thing from the hammock near the creek to the cold morning chill which was whisked away by the little water heater kettle to make coffee and sit on a chair on the...

「Great View」

「It’s about as scenic a location as you can imagine. There’s hammocks, fire pit, horseshoe pit, and disc golf available. Breakfast is yogurt, oatmeal, muffin, juice, and coffee. It wasn’t cold during our stay but I’m sure it would be comfortable even if it was cold with heaters, bed warmers, and extra blankets available. Kids loved it and we wish we had stayed longer.」
