“1）床墊好大嘎嘎聲不斷 2）電視遙控器後面缺一片護住電池的板用膠帶黏住，常常感應不良，難開啟關閉 3）Wifi 很👎，出狀況，常常沒有網路連結，有時候會自動跳到失效的網路，有聯絡解決，但出狀況不斷，所以後來放棄，浪費太多時間了 3）面紙缺貨3天，只好自行購買 4）這次住2樓，房內常常聽到吱吱聲，不知道從哪裡來的 5）住了兩個多星期，比以前住在這裡的狀況差很多一年來在這裡住過幾次，都在高樓層，差不多有二個月，都覺得不錯，只有這次令我們失望，提供經驗，期待改善，下次仍會選擇住宿。謝謝 ”

“位於JR濱松町站與地鐵芝公園站附近的住宿空間，是我第一次在日本下榻的非飯店型旅宿。整理的體驗感受極佳，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，也有小廚房，空間的規劃與設計還不錯，唯一小可惜的是沒有電梯，但不影響整理的溫暖體驗。附近應該是住宅區很安靜，生活機能方便且距離東京鐵塔不會太遠。”

“We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy! Amazinggg place!”

“入住前皆已填好資料，中間幾次要求給密碼，卻遲遲不給。直到入住當填晚上22:00點都未能取得密碼，提供的聯絡電話都是語音找不到人，非常麻煩且不專業。交通及住宿環境都尚可，就是得冒著付了錢找不到聯絡人，還進不了房間的風險。請慎思”

“I’ve traveled all around the world staying in air b n b’s. By far this one was the very best BEST! Zero issue, centrally located, yet very private. Clean, had all the amenities I needed, the host was very attentive to us when we needed him. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here!!!! Was an awesome 12 days here in Tokyo.
