"The property is amazing and very clean. The staff except for the bell man were great. They won’t allow you use of the luggage carts unless you call for service and then they expect a tip. Housekeeping is daily and they do a great job. The surrounding area is horrible and it’s far from the central strip on the north side. The streets are covered in graffiti and homeless drug addicts. Do not walk around after dark. "
