"The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced. The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff there were lovely and helpful. We only ate at the restaurant once for a meal and it was served cold , asked for it to be re heated and it still came back cold so we didn't eat there again . Overall for the price it was pretty disappointing and will stay somewhere else next time."

"Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !"

"Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. Orange drink were too sweet next to the water cooler, needed to have a big toaster so clients don't que n wait to have their bread toasted. Couldn't sleep couple of nights, as client above me too noisey and stomping on the floor, dragging stuff on the floor."

"The room has been serviced very well, staff have been pleasant and respectful, awesome breakfast , very friendly and family orientated. We really enjoyed our stay ,very quiet and private it suited us so well. A safe place to relax and the service delivery is on point. "Has definitely improved - has all the amenities needed for a business trip and even a short holiday. Helpful staff and clean amenities - so nice to be able to use the pool knowing it is cleaned regularly - please check chlorine amount as sometimes the smell of chlorine is quite strong - but otherwise the pool is well maintained. Only concern is that we had a room with a door with a poorly functioning bolt to lock it - this needs to be replaced with something safer as can be easily broken into. Otherwise we had a good stay which was private, not noisy and gave me a place to work comfortably in"
