Villa Nimar is an impressive brand new luxury villa that can accommodate 10-11 people. Its architecture is modern and minimalistic. The modern taste of the owners is expressed in every detail of the house. Architects, themselves with years of experience in construction, have emphasized the quality of construction and decoration so that it is a place of rest and relaxation for its guests. The architects organized the spaces to take full advantage of the location and to create a dialogue with the interior and the exterior of the building so that the two concepts are often merged into one.
Designed with simple rectangular tumors and modern materials using neutral colors of white ,gray and natural wood allows the view to play the prime role it deserves.
The large openings on the facade leave the view to be diffused in every room of the house. The blue of the sea, the turquoise of the pool, along with the green of the thyme and the olive pierce the large balcony doors, causing a sense of peace and tranquility.
Particular weight was also given to the equipment of the villa with options that bring the aesthetic seal and give a special character in the space.
Villa Nimar is a 5-bedroom villa that grows on three levels following the restless terrain of the land looking out over the spectacular view of Souda Bay leaving room for the spectacular views of the White Mountains.
On the ground level there is a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom with 1.60m bed and en-suite bathroom with shower , another bedroom with twin beds convert to 1.70 m bed and a guest bathroom with shower. Also there is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
On the first floor there is a living room with fully-equipped kitchen & dining area (seats 8-10), large terrace with dining /sitting set and stunning sea, mountain and sunset views. Also one bedroom with twin beds (convertible into a 1.70 m) and a private balcony with sitting set and sea view, a bathroom with shower and bath and a guest WC,
On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with 1.60 m bed and en-suite bathroom room, large window doors open to private balcony with sitting set, a large terrace with with sun loungers which allows you to gaze the blue of Souda Bay, and the green of the thymes and olive trees.
Outdoors there is an infinity large pool with children’s area, sunloungers, umbrellas, a wooden pergola with a curler that leaves sunless shadows στο dining area which has a built in a charcoal BBQ and sink. A rocky garden, diligently untidy by wild shrubs, unites the house with the scenery, the sea and the sunset.
There is free WiFi available both throughout the house and all outside areas. It houses a 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite channels. Slippers and towels, including pool towels are provided for all guests.
