「De cottage van Catriona is fantastisch! Alles is aanwezig, het is zeer ruim, netjes en schoon en het ligt geweldig. Je hebt alle vrijheid en het uitzicht is fabuleus. We hebben genoten en zelfs gezwommen in het meer, 3 minuten lopen, onderaan de oprit. Het is erg rustig en er komt weinig verkeer langs. Catriona is bijzonder vriendelijk en helpt aan alle kanten. Ze heeft een overzichtelijk A4-tje met activiteiten in de buurt in het huis gelegd. E-lader voor de auto was erg handig. Een verblijf...

「Absolutely everything you could need (4 hairdryers!) in a beautiful old cottage with views across the lock to distant hills. 300 yards to Coop supermarket, plenty of car parking, short walk to Inverary town centre. Comfortable beds and a very friendly, helpful host.I had a great time touring the Argyll area and staying in admiring the views. Nice garden and sheltered outdoor breakfast/coffee area. Perfect for me!」

「Check-in is at the property which has a front desk. Check-in was seamless and quick. Go ahead and book dinner each day there because the restaurant is fantastic. Kitchen facilities in the cabins are very good. Full kitchen for whatever you want to do. They also have a washer/dryer unit. Doesn't dry so well as so many of these perform, but ok. 」

「These lodges are all about the view! You just can't beat the view. Our first night there we saw otters. There are tons of song birds. The lidge had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for my family of 3. Everyone is quiet and respectful. Lodge 7 is the second to last lodge away from the hotel and the provacy was impeccably. My only complaint...I had to sleep on the couch because the mattress was hard as a rock. It felt like sleeping on a box spring with 0 cushion of flexibility...

「Couldn't have asked for a lovelier stay. The Heather pod was an excellent base for our adventures around the west coast, and a gorgeous spot to settle down with a book and a cup of tea after a long day's walking. Kate is a great host, and the pod was cosy, comfortable and spacious. The setting is great for nature lovers too - we could hear warblers, whitethroats, snipe and more from the pod porch, and even had an encounter with a pine marten during our stay.
