Coorie Cottage, a peaceful Highland retreat for 6. Near Glencoe and Fort William

  • A relaxing Highland cottage with a large garden, just a few hundred meters away from the Loch - a gentle stroll. Newly renovated in 2025 and ideally located just off the A82 between Glencoe and Fort William. Perfect as a base for visiting the West Highlands or as a sanctuary to coorie in for a peaceful break.

    Coorie Cottage is a 3 bedroomed detached cottage just a few hundred metres from the shore of Loch Linnhe.

    The cottage has an extensive garden and ample parking for 3 cars, and was renovated in July 2025.

    Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge (with ice box), microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker.

    There is also a king sized bedroom and a shower room (with shower, w.c. and washbasin).

    Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a bathroom (bath, w.c. and washbasin). One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has 2 single beds.

    No smoking and sorry no pets

    Although there is no washing machine, I offer a wash dry for £5 per load

Ideally situated cottage in beautiful area, with a short walk to the beach and stroll up the hill for beautiful views. We were warmly greeted and the cottage was well equiped. Absolutely love the stay here

Perfect for my family of six (four kids)! Relaxing and peaceful and the short walk to the sea was a fantastic way to end the day of travel and adventure! Thank you Frances!

The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Frances suggested two places for dinner, and they were both really good. She also gave us tips about the hike we wanted to do and recommended a place for lunch afterwards. It’s a beautiful area. If you go, walk down the road to the lake.

Great property for two couples or a family. Beautifully maintained. Excellent recommendations from the host, Frances. Close to Glencoe and Ft Williams—but a car is necessary. Well equipped kitchen. Loved our three days there. Highly recommended.
