"Trails End was a beautifully appointed home on the edge of the Galena Territory, which meant privacy, peace and lovely vistas. The home was a wonderful space for several adults with the upstairs and downstairs available for gathering. The kitchen table was big enough for puzzles and games (a must in our book!) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. It was a lovely walk in either direction from the property after a long day of post-Christmas binging. The hot tub was fantastic in the cold weather. Even the pool table came in handy when we needed to move around after hours of reading. Ginger was a wonderful hostess and contacted us prior to our stay to answer any questions. This was the first time ever that has happened with a host! We've rented several properties in the Galena Territories and this by far was our favorite."

"The house was lovely and cozy while also being spacious and providing for everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious rooms. We appreciated how communicative the hosts were from the time of booking, providing a detailed house guide and replying promptly when we had inquiries during our stay. The location was quiet and serene and 20 minutes from downtown Galena. "

"Our stay was great! The cabin was exactly as expected like postures and clean. And the location was nice with a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and shops, as well as a 25 minute drive to Galena. "

"Sandy is on top of everything! Not to mention the amazing breakfasts. And Dave was out at 7:30 in the morning shoveling eight inches of snow from the driveway to make sure we were able to leave at the time we wanted. Second visit at Derinda House, and there will be many more in the years to come!"

"Quiet area"

"The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own bedroom with a private bath. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner together all seated around the large dining table. The butler pantry with additional oven, sink, etc. was a huge help. It was a great spot to play games as well. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly as was Joe, the ranch hand. We would definitely stay here again."
