“We had so much fun! The water park was amazing, the hotel pool was fun, and they had a DJ. We loved the breakfast, and the activity room. The whole stay was perfect for our family.”

“Ich habe vor Kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss leider sagen, dass die negativen Punkte bei Weitem überwogen haben. Hier ist meine ehrliche Erfahrung: Der einzige Vorteil: Geräumiges Zimmer: Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und bot ausreichend Platz. Das war allerdings auch schon das einzig Positive. Die Kritikpunkte: Zustand & Geruch: Beim Betreten des Raumes schlug mir sofort ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Zudem ist das Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig – die Einrichtung wirkt alt……

“Para o preço que se paga, o alojamento é aceitável. O local estava limpo, tem ar condicionado e o banho quente. Mas o alojamento é antigo e falta manutenção. A maçaneta da porta quase caindo e a porta da casa de banho difícil de fechar. Além disso, falta um abajur ou outra luminária, pois tem somente uma e ilumina mal. O atendimento é razoável, pois tive que insistir para receber o código. Mas é bem localizado, com muitos mercados próximo e perto do centro de Almancil.”

“Very clean and spacious room, with balcony and view of the pool area. The staff was lovely and breakfast was well stocked, a great way to start the morning! The shuttle service to the marina was very helpful in get around.”

“All staff are customer focused and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast greeters , the room cleaners and pool staff, go above and beyond and provided excellent service. My only criticism concerned the room as it was tired, and definitely needs attention. The bathroom plaster was falling out of the door frames, the bathroom was shabby. I had previously stayed here and the room was a higher standard, and one of the reason, I returned.”

“Room was clean, has balcony overlooking the pool/beach with nice views. Good pool and poolside bar. Friendly and helpful staff and I’d definitely stay there again. Spa has good facilities too.”

“Lovely resort for families, all the staff are very helpful, rooms are great, with all the amenities you need. There’s some great restaurants and fabulous golf within a 2-3 mile radius.”

“The property is attractive and generally comfortable. Sadly I did see a cockroach in my bathroom, which scared me and stopped me sleeping for a night. I did message a maintenance man who was very friendly and laid some insect powder and emptied the bin the next morning. Also the shower flooded after 2 mins of use so I had to remove the plug whilst I used it and put it back afterwards as I think the cockroach may have come from the drain. The bedframe was broken and the mattress was a bit……

“We had an amazing stay at Epic Sana. The property is beautiful. One note is that we were surprised that to book sun beds on the beach costs 70 euros a day. I think understand charging some amount, but 70 euros seemed a bit much given that there is no bathroom or shower. Also, have a half day fair would be more beneficial as a few times we were told everything is booked while I saw sunbed available. Staff is nice, food is great. We had great vacation there.”

“We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning.”
