He took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities and provided helpful guidance on local events, sightseeing, and places to visit around Arad. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed in such a warm and professional manner. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression and greatly enhanced our stay.

「The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a mall, shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, a vegetable market, and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel. 」

「It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time.
We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure.
Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too...
