“Excellent séjour! Accueil sympathique et prestations de qualité.”

“取消住宿但未通知訂房平台，到現場才發現飯店沒有開。”

“Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again.”

“Clean and well appointed room. Easy and secure parking, excellent breakfast. Zindyia at the reception desk was outstanding, friendly and very helpful.”

“Simply amazing place! Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general. Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling. Parking - great. Costs a surcharge, but super convenient, safe, onsite,……

“Very pet friendly.”

“El hotel está bien situado en la misma carretera, está todo reformado pero los baños no están reformados, el precio lo encuentro algo elevado por ese motivo.”

“The location was excellent, and parking right in front of the hotel was convenient. The room offered a great mountain view from both the main area and the bedroom. The staff was helpful throughout our stay. On our second day, we needed to leave early, and they accommodated us with an early breakfast. The member of staff who served it was professional, friendly, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a very good experience.”

“Segunda vez y como siempre todo muy bien, cenas y desayunos calidad precio muy bien, vistas desde la habitación muy bonitas, trato con mi perra excelente y un gran terreno para que disfrute”

“We stayed in the aparthotel. It's in a slightly different location to the hotel. It's actually nearer to the sports centre than the hotel. The sports centre gym and swim and spa are superb. The gym is extremely well equipped. There is the opportunity to play squash, tennis and padel. The half board meals are in the hotel. Be prepared for approx 5-8mins walk from the apartment to the hotel, it's not a big deal. But if its cold wear a coat! The food is well prepared and tasty and decent choice. ……

“Déjeuner incroyable !!”

“Personnel super sympa”

“Super close to several restaurants in town and Caldera. Staff were super helpful and accommodating.”

“Me ha gustado lo tranquila que es la zona donde está pero no tiene el servicio de un hotel de 5 estrellas, falta de detalles y el personal poco profesional.”
