“I loved my stay! The hotel pictures don’t do justice its do beautiful and the rooftop views and stunning! The food at the hotel was great and the drinks especially the liminoda and cafe con leche were soooo delicious! All the staff were very nice and helpful. When I go back to Cartagena I will stay here again! It’s located very close to everything. 10/10 for the stay!”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“I was at this hotel a week ago before I flew to La Paz,Bolivia and there was no toaster in the buffet room. They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport..”

“This hotel is nice, the beach is also nice but it has several flaws. Expect that other hotel guests sitting next to you at the beach will play temendously loud music. Do not expect this as a place to rest Airplanes take off right next door, noise Wild birds eat from the buffet. Avoid the buffet to avoid any bird carried disease Pillows are terribly tall. They do not compare to the Hilton pillows for example”

“I did not like that the reception staff from the evening to the next morning did not speak a single word of English. Made it very hard to communicate and order a very early taxi pick up. Although I had aldready booked this with the English speaking guy upon arrival. The morning guy was clueless.”

“This place needs work, water pressure in the shower was terrible, rooms are tiny, TV never worked, the room fridge was pretty much room temperature.. other than that, the staff was great, AC in the room was great, complimentary breakfast was good.”
