Property was clean and well staff ,and amenities were great ,just the front desk was hard to work with ,lost my wife wallet they said there computer said we didn’t have it ,but when we asked to see manager he came up with our wallet, no empathy for there customers!!

The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. No towel changes. No daily cleaning, if you want to get that you need to arrange at booking. Our unit was a little dated and some items worn. Overall very happy with the stay.

Muito bom. A recepcionista Maya foi excelente no atendimento desde o primeiro dia até o fim. Muito agradecido. Com certeza quando voltarmos a Aruba, será nosso hotel escolhido.
