"Nice place to go to relax and enjoy the beautiful water"

"Wonderful stay in this gorgeous property with arguably the best beachfront (and pool) on the entire island (better than the Ritz and felt like private beach for much of the stay). We would love to return. The only (truly the only one) slight negative is suboptimal kitchen appliances and supplies, which could be an issue if you enjoy cooking family dinners or a good cup of coffee (carafe was cracked). Yet, this is a very small negative relative to everything else so excellent about this property. I hope the owners or the property managers will address the kitchen and then this place is absolutely second to none! "

"This villa is very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. The beach right across the street was great for snorkeling. The private pool was nice for relaxing after the beach. We had six people staying and had plenty of room. Would definitely rent again. "

"My two grandchildren (32 &34) and my son stayed in this lovely place. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. A big plus for it. The whole place was clean and very comfortable. It was very close to the beach. We often when to the beach for a while, then back to the place to play in the private pool. We had a very good view of the sea. Our host was good to work with before and while we were there. A perfect vacation. We loved it "

"While we did enjoy our stay for 12 of us utilizing all seven bedrooms, there was definitely some miscommunication in the beginning regarding number of bathrooms per bedrooms, as well as some bathrooms that needed to be addressed like no hooks, no mirrors and as it turns out, the master second floor has zero outlets in the bathroom. There is no icemaker except for a very small one that does not accommodate the number of people that the house accommodates. It should have a large refrigerator with a water and ice feature, as well as perhaps another unit in the laundry room for backup. There isn't enough of the right cooking equipment as far as pots, pansl sinks too located outdoors is definitely a benefit! "

"When we arrived we first notice that the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned. My son spent 3 hours cleaning it before we could go in. Called the host but they did not come until Monday. We ran the dishwasher for the first time on Monday and it was broken, so we had to wash all our dishes by hand for the week. I mentioned it to one of the workers on Monday who was sitting in his truck, but he never came it to see what the problem was. Called the host but they only responded a couple of days later but the worker could not fix it, and said management would call, they never did. Tried lighting the gas grill, did not realized that the burner I was trying to light was broken. The kitchen stove had to be lighted with a gas flicker because none of the burners electronic ignition would work. One of the gas burners on the stove only worked halfway. We also found electrical plugs that would not work and the electric clothes dryer was not vented outside so it took a long time to dry our clothes. One of the bedrooms had no closet of anywhere to hang up clothes and not a tv in the room. I am very disappointed that VRBO would consider listing this place and charging so much. I feel you should refund us at least a day for this mess. We rented a house from VRBO for 8 days in Oahu and it was immaculate, and everything worked perfectly. I am hoping to hear from you soon before I pursue futher posting of this bad experience in Aruba."
