“Maybe Im overreacting but there was no way to contact staff, no "reception" area, and is far from all amenities. I chose this place because it stated I would have Expedia VIP benefits (a bottle of wine) and that seemed nice to unwind after a stressful day. But there was no wine. No person to contact. No nearby stores. I was majorly disappointed because it wasn't the experience I was expecting when I booked. ”

“The casitas and lobby staff are terrific. The hotel is such a nice special space that they made feel secluded even though it’s on the main road. Almost everyone who works there is lovely. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and the amenities by the pool are great. I would never stay anywhere else in Aruba again. ”

“Wonderfully quaint property just a short walk to the beach. We will be back. We found the bed firm but then again we have a specialty mattress at home. Great host, wonderful property, and outstanding value.”

“ I stayed at the Marriott in Aruba for five days and it was incredibly frustrating. It was nearly impossible to get a beach chair with an umbrella unless you showed up before 6 a.m. to claim one. For a resort of this caliber, guests shouldn’t have to wake up at dawn and compete for basic beach seating. It really took away from the experience. Plus you pay $75 a day for a resort fee, but you don’t actually get any amenities. ”

“Really clean. Front staff were amazing. Bar/restaurant were ok Its humid, so you can't leave you balcony door open or the grilles start condensing anr raining. Only problem is the sliding door weighs a ton All in all pretty good ”

“My issue with this hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the flags blowing and hitting the wall right by your door. We also booked a pool side room , but instead received a room up a flight of steps, no elevator. Expedia also stated that there was a bar on site, but that is not correct. The only food available is breakfast so even if you’re hanging out at the hotel for the day, you have no access to drinks, lunch or dinner unless you leave the facility. We had to leave due to an……

“The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and quiet. The staff was always friendly and kind. They always were ready to help with anything.”

“Property was clean and well staff ,and amenities were great ,just the front desk was hard to work with ,lost my wife wallet they said there computer said we didn’t have it ,but when we asked to see manager he came up with our wallet, no empathy for there customers!! ”

“The property overall is mismanaged. We were given an “upgraded” room that faced dumpsters and construction. Then we were moved to an interior room with no balcony. The property overcharges for everything, including a resort fee of $100 USD a day for basically nothing. It was not worth the price and they did nothing to address our concerns the entire time there. I would expect management to do something to make our stay better especially considering how much we spent on the resort. ”

“Would definitely revisit! The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”
