Appt bien situé à Arcachon

Cela fait maintenant trois ans que nous réservons cet appt la dernière semaine d'août car il est bien situé, avec une place de parking intérieure. L'appt est confortable, spacieux bien équipé pour cuisiner, on peut manger sur le balcon et surtout proche du centre et de tous les commerces, c'est surtout ça qui nous fait revenir chaque année, sinon, la décoration intérieure un peu vieillotte n'est pas à notre goût mais ça passe.Nous avons dû changer une ampoule dans le cagibi, mais pas pu pour le plafonnier de la cuisine car il n'y avait plus d'ampoule adéquate.dans la boîte, l'interrupteur de la S de Bain est fuxé au scotch noir mais fonctionne. Un contrôle de ce genre serait necessaire

Bon séjour au coeur d'Arcachon

Nous avions dejà loué cet appartement l'an dernier à la même période, pour sa priximité avec le centre-ville et la plage, c'est pourquoi nous l'avons encore choisi en 2023. Il est spacieux bien équipé, le mobilier n'est pas à notre goût mais il est en bon état. Il a un balcon assez grand permettant de manger dehors et une place de parking pour la voiture, il est parfait pour 4 personnes de notre âge qui apprécions Arcachon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé. L'appartement est très bien équipé mais l'ensemble aurait droit à un coup de fraîcheur. Malgré ce petit bémol nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
