A clean hotel. Friendly staff. Extremely small rooms. Breakfast is good, lots of options but the breakfast area (which is at the lobby Italian restaurant) is very small so sometimes I need to wait for a table before I can sitting down for breakfast. If you don't the small room and breakfast condition mentioned, it is a nice hotel to stay at.

We had a room with 3 twin beds. It was very tight. I am 5’2 and I could touch the ceiling in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend for tall people. Located in a quiet, safe area which was enjoyable as other places we visited were so busy. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful place to stay in Tokyo. Quiet area and very near high end Ginza shopping district. 5 to 10 minute taxi ride and 20 minute walk to Tokyo station. Great place to stay if one doesn’t care for the crowd in shinjuku and Shibuya.
