「Terrible experience. When we arrived it was occupied by someone else, who told us they had a long term rental. We called the manager, left messages, texted, all with no reply to any of it. We contacted VRBO twice and no help. We feel we were scammed and cancelled our credit card. We made a fraudulent claim on our credit card because we received no service for the money we spent!! We were also given the wrong door code and walked in on another family in a different apt.」

「Three coulples shared this house for a music convention being held at the nearby Pasadena Civic Auditorium and it was a great solution for our 4 night stay. Each room was well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. The living room was a bit small for the 6 of us but we made it work.
