This apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a set of exterior stairs. Street parking only and is NOT subject to a time limit.
VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage. Cancellations will be charged the VRBO service fee.
