「Patrizio was an EXCEPTIOAL host. We called him Papa Arezzo because he was so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. He drove us to a reasonable parking lot, showed us how to set how to set up the English function on our auto and phone, friended us on the WhatsApp site for incidental conversation, walked us to his favorite restaurants, and set up special discounts for us. He also wrote down certain "must see" sites for us, and then drew a map of the best way to get to Pienza, our next site, with...

「Pro: gorgeous and spacious property, we were upgraded to a junior suite that was lovely, attentive staff, and incredible amenities. Pool was wonderful for tired bodies. Con: very few. The restaurant on site has pretty limited menu, toilet in room kept running all night long- informed staff on checkout (as it was troublesome to flush, and wasting water), fridge in room- housed in a cabinet that I feel caused it to overheat… and therefore was not very powerful enough to keep drinks cold. Loved...

「I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"」
