“I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. While I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility given the circumstances — even a small gesture such as a partial refund,……

“Decent hotel stay at Santorini. Location was pretty good as well. About 7-10mins yes walk to Main Street with shops etc. Reception staff was helpful to arrange transport to the port as we had to catch a super early ferry. Cleanliness was acceptable (esp for a high standard Asian haha!). Shower area was clean and I like that it was separated from the wash basin (this was outside the room) Overall, I would recommend this place to fellow travellers looking for a quiet but nice and quaint……

“the location is perfect , without walking distances to many great restaurants. The property does not have parking but parking lots are quite close by . Property is new and nicely decorated . The room has an outdoor hot tub which is very nice . The only shortcoming is it does not have a view but this is not an issue for us . ”

“We loved our stay at Suite Home Santorini! The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. Our host George went above and beyond—arranging round-trip airport transfers, helping with dinner reservations, and even coming to help us at 4 AM when we got locked out. We were a group of 6 and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!”
