「We had prepaid to stay here.. got there no one was there . sent then a text and said they they did not have reservation for us and were not helpful.Thankfully hotels.com took care of us and refunded us and told us if we had this happen again to call.」

「The location is very central. the room was clean, the ac worked well, lots of channels on the tv to choose from, good shower. Did not like the yelling at 4 am in the streets. Parking was very difficult to find since we were located in the center of town.」

「The property was small, clean, quiet and next to the Archeological Museum. Breakfast was not included but there were many options close by. It also had a nice private balcony but no view.」

「Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, bietet eine sehr schöne Anlage mit genügend Liegen und Schirmen. Die Zimmer sind perfekt für ein Strandurlaub ausgerichtet, möblierte Terasse/ Balkon, super Badezimmer, Kühlschrank. Wir sind bereits um 9 Uhr morgens Vorort angekommen, auf Nachfrage hat die Dame geschaut ob ein Zimmer für uns schon bereit ist. Tatsächlich war ein Zimmer frei und wurde gesäubert und wir durften bereits um 12 Uhr einchecken statt wie normal 15 Uhr, vielen Dank nochmal...

The setting in the wilderness of the high Cretan mountains was a discovery for us. Highly recommended to discover traditional Cretan hospitality.」

「An exquisitely designed property in a charming town, near Heraklion. Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve.
