“A beautiful setting to explore the enchanted village of Archanes. Be prepared for lots of friendly cats, you may wish to bring some treats with you, or pick some up at the local market. Hosts recommendations for dining and exploring were very good.”

“The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. The host offered us an extra night free however we already had our flights back to Athens booked so couldn’t take advantage of that. Michaelis offered a dinner……

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……

“The room was clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Everyone was very attentive and the food/drink options are fantastic. The hotel is busy so it can be hard to get a sun bed after 10:30am but overall it is a very beautiful place to visit.”

“Ich bin mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter mitte Juni gereist. Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und der Service gefallen und vor allem der Mitarbeiter Demitris . ErWar sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt hat man auch schon den Ort Sissi erreicht, dort gab es schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars zum Fußball schauen.”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……
