“The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly……

“We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huisje. Wat een rust, vrijheid en ruimte. En met bijna 40 graden was het grote zwembad een verademing! Contact met de eigenaar was ook zeer goed , elk apje werd bijna meteen beantwoord. Kortom als je op zoek bent naar rust en ruimte en vooral het heerlijke gevoel van vrijheid zit je hier uitstekend!”

“My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight……

“Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, aber in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Möbel sind schmutzig u. zum Teil kaputt. Das einzige Fenster, dass man öffnen konnte, war direkt über der Abzughaube eines Restaurants, so dass sehr unangenehme Gerüche in die Wohnung kamen - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da es undicht / kaputt war. Im Bad gab es Kakerlaken. Die Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld unfreundlich und hat auf meine abschließende Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Ich rate dirngend……
