“Wonderful location, just far enough away from downtown Pagosa Springs but super quick to get there. The neighborhood was so quiet. There is a small pond behind the unit where we watched deer, ducks, and bats from the floor to ceiling windows! The beds and linens are so great too!”

“Everything was clean, comfy and welcoming. Particularly the bed. We had a wonderful time over a snowy weekend. The staff were very responsive when we needed help with the internet. We will definitely come back!”

“We arrived to find out the condo wasn’t clean and ready yet. The gentleman was so kind and the place was spotless when we arrived. You text to let me know that it was ready to go. Totally recommend this condo for its local and its overall appearance. Maybe get a new coffee pot. That coffee pot leaked all over the counter.”

“There was a strange smell when we checked in. The manager checked in via VRBO to see how the place was. I mentioned it and she immediately had maintenance come and check it our and resolve the problem. She was quick to respond and very eager to make us comfortable. Would recommend staying here 100%”

“The pet friendly condo was easy to get to, clean, had plenty of everything in the kitchen to cook with (even the coffee and filters were set out! thank you!), and had a comfy queen bed. The fireplace was easy to operate and we felt safe and cozy. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!”
