The Nonagon is conveniently located in South Asheville close to Lake Julian, and is a quick 8 minute drive from the Asheville Regional Airport. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estates are only 11 miles away, and The Blue Ridge Parkway can be easily accessed as well. Take advantage of our close proximity to Lake Julian, which offers fishing, walking trails, disc golf, and paddle boat rentals.
