Great spot to stay

House is in a great quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything Asheville has to offer. Four spacious bedrooms makes it very comfortable.

Wonderful weekend

This was a perfect spot for us! Not far from downtown Asheville, but very comfy for sitting around and relaxing. We'd definitely stay again!

Great time in Asheville!

We had a great time staying here. The location is close enough to the Biltmore Estate and other site-seeing destinations that travel time to those locations was quick and stress-free. There are lots of food options nearby and we took advantage of both Thai and BBQ.

Great for exploring Asheville!

My friends and I attended a wedding in Asheville and Buna’a place was wonderful! It was a great home base to explore Asheville and attend the wedding! Buna was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

Biltmore trip

The house was great. Totally suited our needs. It was clean and very accommodating. The owner was quite helpful and accommodating too. We will definitely book this house again the next time we are in the area.

Beaitiful setting

This cute cottage was a cozy and comfortable place for our sibling reunion. The host immediatley responded to a concern that arose and provided a very satisfactory solution. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was a lovely quiet spot to relax. We had a delightful time!

Arden VRBO

This was a great place to stay. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and bath supplies. It was a good location for us to go into Asheville And also to travel to Biltmore Estate and venture into the Blue Ridge Mts. Which were amazing! Enjoyed the neighborhood and the landscape.

We had a group of 7. Enough beds/rooms/bathrooms to handle our group. Short 15 minute drive to the Biltmore gates. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would recommend.

Nice house

Girls trip as we had not seen each other in three years. Nice living room sofa accommodated us comfortably and dining area, too. Nice coffee and espresso machine. House was very clean.

Overall great stay. Nothing major affected the experience but I would say there are little things around the house that need better attention to detail. Broken dresser pulls, cracked toilet flush handle, broken off towel hanger, cracked shelves in the fridge, microwave handle pulls away if pulled at the bottom, etc. Like I said, nothing that makes the house un liveable but may need some proper maintenance in order to host continued/returned guests. Alarm clocks or clocks in general would be nice for the rooms as well. Our children are all old enough to read a clock but not old enough to have a cell phone. I know most people rely on cell phones but a simple small clock on the night stands maybe appreciated by families of children/preteens

Great space for families

We booked this property as a last minute getaway and we are so glad we did! It was the perfect space for 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The space off the kitchen was a great kid hangout. The beds and the couch were comfortable, the decor was contemporary and clean and the house had all the linens and basic necessities. The only thing we wish it had differently was a grassy fenced in area for the dog and the kids. The owners were quick to respond and we would recommend their property to anyone going for a low key trip.

Great short stay

Highly recommended. Home and location were great for a multi generational girls outing. Exceptional value for price. Home was updated and provided modern amenities. Home was quaint and cozy yet offered plenty of space for sitting and sleeping. There was ample space for three full size vehicles as well. Thank you to the host for providing a wonderful experience.
