Klein aber fein

Schönes rustikales und gemütliches Steinhaus mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird! Die Terrasse ist überdacht, schützt gegen Sonne und Regen. Auch haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, die Matratzen sind angenehm, nicht so hart. Wir finden aber, dass das Haus nur für 2 Erwachsene, Max. 1 Kleinkind und 1 größeres Kind (2. Bett 1,40 m, steht zusammen mit dem Reisebettchen auf einer „Empore“, wo es wärmer ist als unten und kein Fenster vorhanden ist.) und nicht für 4 Erwachsene ausreichend ist.

Haus im Grünen

Das Haus ist gemütlich hergerichtet und mit dem Garten ideal wer mit Kindern oder mit einem Hund Ferien machen will. Da kann man wunderbar im Garten rumalbern. Meine Vorbesucher beschrieben es als ruhig und idyllisch, hierzu kann ich nur teilweise zustimmen. Das Haus liegt an einer serpentinenartigen Bergstrasse welche speziell am Weekend und Abend stark befahren ist. Leider fehlte die Kaffeemaschine, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Idyllisches Rustico mit viel Freiheit

Mein Hund und ich haben die Tage im Rustico al Fopp genossen. Im März abends lange Feuer gemacht, tagsüber an Flüssen und in den Bergen herumgestrolcht. Netter Empfang von Erica mit Früchten und Proviant. Einzig das Wasser des Sprudelbads war mit 25 Grad doch zu kalt fürs Frühjahr. Grazie!

Lastig te vinden woning route klopte totaal niet en huisnummer ook niet. Geen airco of ventilatie , slecht internet.tuin was volgens de beschrijving groot echter het terrein was ontoegankelijk. Parkeren auto zeer lastig.Uitzicht was erg mooi.Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen en er is eigenlijk maar 1 slaapkamer en de douche was bijzonder klein.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wer erholung und ruhr möchte wird mit der lage zufrieden sein. Der Jacuzzi bei Nacht und ein Glas Wein ist einfach Perfekt. Der Kamin verleid wohlige wärme wenn es mal frisch wird. Die Terrasse läd zum verweilen ein. Marco, hat uns empfangen. Sehr netter Mann.

Che dire, per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi, niente di meglio... Una casa tipica, ristrutturata con gusto ed armonia, senza stravolgene la natura, in un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Tutto intorno giardini e bosco, con il suono tranquillizzante del fiume... In una posizione strategica, a 10 minuti o poco più dalla meravigliosa Val di Mello, a 15 minuti dalla bellissima Morbegno. Per un vero e proprio relax... Contentissimi, sicuramente torneremo...

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wer rauschende Flüsse und einsame Hütten ohne Nachbarn mag, ist hier richtig. Wir sind am Anfang zweimal vorbeigefahren, aber dank M. Beschreibung dann doch gut angekommen. Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Der Obstkorb zur Begrüßung war perfekt. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Von hier aus haben wir viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Für uns war es ein super Urlaub.

Mitten im Grünen, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr schönen Terrasse. Ideal gelegen und gut ausgestattet.
